Macleans heritage

Loved by all New Zealanders

Macleans is an iconic New Zealand brand and we’re very proud of our heritage.
Since the mid-1950s, when the first tube of Macleans rolled off the production line, we’ve put millions of tubes of toothpaste in the bathrooms of New Zealanders across the nation.

Today, we operate from headquarters in the heart of Auckland and our production team in Sydney, makes Macleans paste to the quality standards that New Zealanders have come to expect over the decades.

And, whilst our look and advertising may have changed over the years (and yes, we too fondly recall the big hair and bigger shoulder pads of our iconic 80s TV ads!), we are still proudly committed to helping New Zealanders achieve superior oral health care.
